March 6, 2013
I was off to the gym early this morning,  did 30 minutes on the treadmill, increased the incline to 2 and speed to 3.2 kph then went on to do 15 minutes on the Elliptical machine, I feel a cold coming on so I pushed through for today. Then it was off to do my volunteer rotation at the Glebe Center. I enjoy working with seniors and have done this since I returned to Canada to live 2 years now.
I decided to try something a little different for breakfast today and had quinoa with blueberries, a smidgen of honey and some almond milk. I heated it up for a minute in the microwave, it was very yummy.
