March 13, 2013
Feeling motivated today, I did a shop last night to get some of the items Ken suggested I eat on the meal plan, for the most part I will be eating the way I usually do with some added greek yogurt and cottage cheese and egg white omelets, I am kind of excited now, I know what has to be done and I am determined to do it. I walked to the gym and back today for 30 minutes, 25 on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the elliptical and added 5 minutes on the rowing machine, for a total of 75 minutes. I came home and had some cottage cheese and a big glass of water. I have been looking at some of the great recipes on Candy Fits Blog and will print some to start making.
