Who knew how many coats of spray paint it would take to cover the brown on that night stand, 3 cans later and I hope it doesn't need any more this morning, my lungs can't take much more. lol You would think I ate a big bag of pop corn I am so stuffy. I pulled out the neti pot last night and used it 5 times in hopes of relieving my sinuses. I took some night time cold tablets and headed off to slumber land.
Missing Albert at the gym in the mornings, he was such an inspiration, but Mexico was calling. He is gone for the winter, I figure he must be between 75-80 and rarely misses a day when he is in the country.
I went to the gym today and did my hour on the elliptical machine. I will go tomorrow morning and then head to Napanee to spend some time with my sister and Mom, it might be the last trip before the snow flies.
I am also delivering my grand daughters new used bed and night stand, part of her Christmas present.
