Well I was at the gym early this morning and did an hour of cardio. I am enjoying being able to watch Netflix at the gym, it really helps to get through the hour.
When I came home I decided it was time to get busy sorting out the Christmas presents I have, and I was very amazed and happy to see that I am in pretty good shape. Just a few things to get and find out what Hubby would like.
I was reading an article this morning on the importance of eating protein and weight loss.
For myself I should eat between 63 and 178 grams per day. I have found that eating 50gms at breakfast really helps me feel fuller longer. I will try to touch more on this later in the week.
There are many calculators on line to help you figure out how much you should be eating.
