Wow I was amazed at how many people turned out for the benefit Friday night. One young girl 13 made and sold tie die pink t-shirts and raised 1200. on her own. There were great items in the live auction and the silent auction. Heidi ( the women the benefit was for ) was amazing, she smiled all night and got around to visit as many people as she could, I told her to pace herself, it was going to be a very over whelming night. She did sit down around 10pm she needed to.
Saturday was a bust day, breakfast with my sister and brother in law, lunch with my niece and brother in law. A visit with Mom in the morning. I picked up the rest of her knitted goods for the grand kids and bagged them when i got home. We helped my sister do her decorating, hubby did the outside lights and we did the tree inside.
Saturday night we had dinner with my sister, her hubby and my brother and his wife. We had invited the rest of the family, but one cancelled at the last minute, one was away and one had dinner plans already, he ended up dining at the same restaurant we did. lol
Sunday we had breakfast and stopped to have lunch with friends and then headed for home, we hit snow about 45 minutes from home, we had a fresh 4 inches when we got here.
So not much exercise this weekend, but I was good with my diet.
I didn't get to the gym yesterday my right shoulder was playing up so I thought it best to have a rest day. I did get there this morning and did 75 minutes on the elliptical machine. I am loving having netflix to watch.
I have spent most of today doing Christmas baking. So I thought I might write in red and green this month.
